Three scientists have won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Chemistry for mapping how cells repair damaged DNA.
Tomas Lindahl, Paul Modrich, and Aziz Sancar’s work has “provided fundamental knowledge of how a living cell functions” and helps in developing cancer treatments, the Nobel committee said in a statement. Read more at Nobel Prize.
