At least 30 people were injured when a Los Angeles-bound train struck a tractor trailer early Tuesday morning. The Metrolink train was between Oxnard and Camarillo when it collided with a utility truck at around 5:55 a.m. PT.
It is not yet clear how serious the injuries were, but the Ventura County Fire Department described it as a “multi-casualty” event.
The crash occurred when three of the passenger cars derailed. Read more at the Los Angeles Times.
