johann-hans-breyerJohann Breyer, 89, is now the oldest person ever accused of ties to the Nazi regime by the U.S. after being arrested Tuesday at his Philadelphia home.

Breyer is accused of being an SS guard at the age of 17 at Auschwitz and Buchenwald, where hundreds of thousands of Jews were slaughtered.

Breyer emigrated to the U.S. in 1952, but Germany is asking that he be extradited to face 158 counts of aiding and abetting Nazis.
