President-elect Donald Trump returned to Twitter Thursday night to attack the media and the protesters who have been demonstrating against his election across the country.

He tweeted, “Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!”

The demonstrators have gathered in New York, San Francisco, Dallas and other cities to make known their displeasure at Trump’s victory. Some say they don’t consider Trump their president.

Trump used Twitter many times during the campaign. His staff apparently tried to discourage his use of Twitter and he has minimized his tweets recently. But he showed Thursday night that he hasn’t kicked the habit. “Not a good look for the POTUS- [President of the United States] elect,” tweeted David Axelrod, who was a senior campaign strategist and White House adviser for President Barack Obama. “Instead of reaching out, he reaches for his Twitter account. Again! Winners don’t whine. They heal.”

Trump also tweeted: “A fantastic day in D.C. Met with President Obama for first time. Really good meeting, great chemistry. Melania liked Mrs. O a lot!”
