Seven more auto makers may be forced to issue a recall in the U.S. for defective Takata airbags, according to letters the companies received from the Food and Drug Administration.
Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar-Land Rover, Suzuki, Tesla, Volvo Trucks, Volkswagen, and Spartan Motors may be among those affected.
