Appeals Court Upholds Block On Trump’s Travel Ban

1

A federal appeals court upheld Thursday a ruling blocking President Donald Trump’s travel ban against six Muslim-majority countries.

The 10-3 ruling from the 4th US Circuit Court of Appeals upholds a lower court’s decision to halt core portions of the executive order indefinitely.
The ban was announced in March, but never got off the ground because federal courts blocked it just hours before it was set to go into effect. It would have banned people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen from entering the US for 90 days and all refugees for 120 days. Read more at CNN.

  1. Bunch of idiotic liberals. Then when c”v another incident occurs on our shores similar to what happened in Manchester , France, or even the Twin Towers, and we find out that it could have been stopped – had we just not let these people entry into our country. Then what will these liberals say? And don’t think it won’t ultimately happen!
Sure – protect our democracy by letting in terrorists (of course they are Muslims – no other group teaches such hatred) in. The dead and wounded will feel better that we didn’t single out a specific group.
