This is the story of one of the orphans who is a member of ZELAZE.
“I love school. With friends and teachers, homework and recess, my day is full. I am sad on the last day of school. Everone else around me is looking forward to their summer plans, and I am facing two whole months of emptiness.
“This year ZELAZE is planning a camp for me and all my friends. Please help me raise money so we can all go to camp this year! Instead of waiting for school to start, I will finally be able to enjoy summer vacation. At ZELAZE camp I feel like there is someone close to me, someone who loves me just as my father did.”
ZELAZE is a personal support system for thousands of widows and orphans from every part of Eretz Yisrael. From the moment of loss ZELAZE provides for the every need of the freshly bereaved widows and orphans. ZELAZE is the largest organization for widows and orphans in Israel. ZELAZE takes the place of the parent, they become the orphans’ family. They are there, with open arms and open hearts, 24 hours a day.
