Audio: Interview With Zvi Ryzman
In ArtScroll On the Air, radio personality Nachum Segal recently spoke with R’ Zvi Ryzman of Los Angeles,author of The Wisdom in the Hebrew Months. Zvi has always been an example of many Jews who had to make choices regarding their livelihood in fields other than chinuch or rabbonus, and had to work in the world that we live in, and managed to combine it with limud haTorah. Zvi Ryzman has accomplished that and more. While he is the head of a large business that requires and gets his attention, Zvi manages to spend an inordinate amount of time learning Torah, talking in Torah and - for decades - teaching Torah. He also has spent time writing seforim, much of which are based on 40 years of teaching to an ever-growing group of baalei batim thirsting for Torah knowledge. Aside from the multi-volume Ratz KaTzvi, a recent translation of his sefer “Yerech Ha’eisanim” into English printed by ArtScroll under the title “The Wisdom of the Hebrew Months” has been released. In the recent interview, Nachum Segal spoke with Zvi about this volume.

Rav Z. Ryzman of LA is unique in many ways. His love for klal yisroel, its rabbanim from different kehillos, and how he will invite Torah Luminaries to speak and teach Torah in LA. What a baal chesed and lover of Eretz Yisroel.
