  1. Yasher Koach to Rav Mintz for standing up for Kavod Hatorah
May all follow and Iy”h Simchas Torah will Once again be a true simcha of Torah

  2. Thank you Rabbi Mintz for addressing this tragic reality of drinking and getting drunk on Simchas Torah. It is disgusting to watch and in almost every case the person who is drunk is not the person who is doing it to become closer to Torah. How sad it is that such a special and important day gets ruined by a few attention seekers looking for an excuse to get drunk. Menuvalim Berishus Hatorah is what they are.

  3. I hope that you stay safe. Getting blasted is really something you really only want to do a few times at best in your lifetime. I am annoyed when I see people get so drunk that they can not see straight in my experiences. This is not Torah life.
