  2. Correction: The proof of the Maaseh Nissim that there there is no chatzi Shiur bemitzvos is specifically from the first night of Sukos. He is refering to the Tur and the Mogen Avraham in Orach Chaim siman 639 #9 that say that although that for the rest of Sukos the issur of eating outside the sukah is only for achilas kva (more than a kebeitzah), the first night that has an extra chiyuv mitzvah of a kezaiyis (learned from a gezeira shova 15-15 from pesach) the issur to eat outside is for a kezayis (less than the rest of the week, because the mitzvah is “achshevei” this shiur that night.) So his ra’aya is perfect. What we said would actually explain why the maaseh nissim specifically brings his ra’aya only from this first night and not the rest of sukas that has an issur only for more than a kebeitzah and not chatzi shiur of that. This is what the participants of the shiur were calling out! [It sounds more complicated than it is. Listen in and it will be clear. Thank you!]
