Australian Defense Minister Kevin Andrews refused to name ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi during an interview early Wednesday, citing “operational matters” as the reason for his reticence and saying vague things about a “cadre of leaders.”

But Leigh Sales of Australia’s ABC pressed him on the issue-eventually showing open concern that the politician wouldn’t utter the widely accepted leader’s name.

“Minister, you’re responsible for putting Australian men and women in harm’s way in the cause of this mission. I’m surprised that you can’t tell me the name of Islamic State’s leader,” he said. “The U.S. State Department has a $10 million bounty on his head.” Read more at ABC.
