It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of habochur Chaim Miller z”l. He was 27.

Chaim was killed when he was hit by a car at the intersection of Quentin Road and Ocean Parkway in Flatbush while he was riding his bike.

Chaim was transported to Beth Israel Medical Center, where his petirah was confirmed.

A former talmid of Yeshiva Darchei Torah in Far Rockaway, NY, Chaim was orphaned of his father years ago. He leaves behind his grieving mother, Mrs. Gittel Miller of Flatbush, and his siblings.

The levayah is being held today at Shomrei Hadas Chapels in Boro Park, Brooklyn.

  1. Here you go again … missing the POINT! He was a precious yid NO Matter which family he belonged to. There are tons of yidden with that last name. He was your brother and HKBH’s child. Enough exclusivity, name/yichus worship, and ranking yidden … .

  2. ה’ ינקום דמיו

I was nearby when he was hit by a speeding driver, and saw a lot of what happened, as well as the aftermath. His bicycle was broken in half.

Justice needs to be done. No whitewash should be tolerated for this terrible senseless murder, ה’ ירחם.

Reckless drivers need to be held accountable for the carnage they are causing in the streets.

    May Hashem protect us.

    • Eric Gonzalez the Brooklyn da it cares about helping illegals, there is no such this g as justice in America, no words of comfort.

  3. As one living in the area of this family, my little daughter just told me how a month ago she went collecting for chai lifeline and knocked on the door of the Miller family. It was this niftar Chaim who opened the door and gave her a dollar for Tzedokah. May it be this zechus that opens the door of gan eden to him as well.

  4. Chaim z”l was a gem of a person. He had a hard life but nearly every time you saw him he was smiling. He never knew his father z”l for he was niftar when Chaim was very young. (He was not from the famous Miller family who are Kohanim.) May his mother be nisnaacheim b’soch sh’aar aveilei tzion vYerushalm.

  5. He was a human being who died in a horrible traggic way…..who cares about his name where hes from or his religion…..god bless this guy may he rip …and may his family stay strong during these difficult times
