Bill De Blasio Announces Run For NYC Mayor

bill-de-blasioBill de Blasio, the New York City Public Advocate, has declared that he’s running for mayor of New York City. The announcement came today outside his home in Brooklyn’s Park Slope.

The Democrat’s slogan is: “We only succeed if we leave no New Yorker behind.” The 51-year-old candidate is seeking to replace outgoing Mayor Michael Bloomberg is in November.

The field of candidates includes City Council Speaker Christine Quinn and Bill Thompson, a former city comptroller – both Democrats – and Republican Joe Lhota, former chairman of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

  1. If Quinn wins it will be the end Of NYs Jewish (at least those that follow the Torah) community. She will do everything in her power to force us to change a certain pasuk in the Torah. Why do you think she would treat us differently from Chick Fil A. If she CV ever gets in it she will never come to the Jewish community again because she will not need us again. Any Jew who supports her should be considered a rodef.
