Honey and Barry Sherman’s bodies were found in the basement of their $7 million home in Toronto’s affluent North York neighborhood by a real estate agent preparing the mansion for an open house.
Barry Sherman, 75, the founder of Canadian pharmaceutical giant Apotex, was one of the richest people in the world. Forbes estimated his net worth at $3.2 billion, good for the 12th spot on the list of the richest Canadians. He’d appeared on Forbes list of the world’s billionaires for the past 15 years.
And the Shermans were generous with their largesse, doling out tens of millions of dollars to universities, hospitals and the United Jewish Appeal, according to the Globe and Mail, a Canadian newspaper. Honey Sherman was a board member of several institutions: York University, the Baycrest Foundation and Mount Sinai Hospital. She had been chair of the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto and the Holocaust Education Centre.
They are survived by their four children, including one who just gave them a grandchild.

On Dec. 6, 2017 the 89th doctor was found dead and now this couple #101 in the last 2 years found dead – murdered by Big Pharma, which is the reason: “They labeled the deaths suspicious but, according to Canadian media, clarified that no suspects were being sought.”
CORRUPT GOVERNMENT WORLDWIDE including Israel’s Teva.
Forensic evidence suggests that this was a tragic murder suicide.
The family disputed allegations that the deaths involved a homicide-suicide scenario. So I take that back.
The Sherman family issued a statement Saturday urging police to conduct a “thorough, intensive and objective criminal investigation” into their parents’ deaths and urged the media to avoid speculating on the cause of the death

Terribly sad…
Money buys enemies…more than friends…
hashem yikom damam! Medical mafia at work. Nothing to do with being billionaires and everything to do with working in the wrong profession; i.e. alternative and generic medicine.
Money can’t buy you life.
Oh please. Don’t start that nonsense. As if all people who are wealthy are sad. Most of the wealthy homeowners that I know are very very happy. Maybe “money can’t buy happiness” but it sure pays the mortgage. It sure pays the tuition. If money can’t buy happiness, being poor certainly can’t buy happiness.
I didn’t say happiness I said life, there’s a lot of different there. Please read my important comments with care. Each word is a gem.
So who is getting the inheritance? Can you post phone numbers and addresses?

desperatleystruggling
you are insensitive and heartless
Yeh, but the dummies keep telling us to get the flu shot. Teva can have a strike. Who cares? All billion dollar pharmaceutical companies are selfish thieves thru & thru.
If they left no letter, then most probably it was a homicide.
From Erin Elizabeth this morning :
Since the last time I wrote you 2 weeks ago, sadly we have several more doctors who have died.
Two of them worked together at the same place at Weil Cornell in Manhattan’s upper East Side.
Both were found dead in bathrooms and you can read about them here at the end of our unintended series.
Our heart goes out to friends and family.
On a better note, I’ve got more than a dozen stories below, many of them good news.
Until next time!
