Bloomberg Considering Bid for Presidency

Former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has asked his team of advisers to draw up plans for a what a presidential run as an independent candidate might look like, The New York Times reported today.

The billionaire former mayor has already taken concrete steps toward running and said he is prepared to spend at least $1 billion of his own money on a campaign, according to anonymous sources familiar with the situation.

Bloomberg plans to make a final decision in early March.

  1. He’d still be better than Billary Clinton or Donald! Rubio, Kasich, Cruz or Christie aren’t electable! Maybe Carter should try again!

  2. Great! Maybe he can get elected, then change the two-term limit law just for himself, just as he did when he was NYC mayor. He was actually a pretty good mayor, but his term-limit shenanigans were as corrupt a move as you will ever see a politician make, and I would never, ever vote for him for that reason alone.
