Boehner Sues Obama, Again

John Boehner told House Republicans today that he is planning to sue President Obama again. This time he will be targeting the administration’s executive order to grant legal working status to millions of undocumented immigrants.

“Our team has been working on litigation. We are finalizing a plan to authorize litigation on this issue-one we believe gives us the best chance of success,” he reportedly said.

The lawsuit comes as a bill passed in the House trying to curtail the executive actions faces an unlikely future in the Senate. There is already an existing lawsuit from the House over the president’s executive orders. Read more at National Journal.
