Boy, 11, Stabbed In Ramle, Circumstances Unclear

An 11-year-old Israeli boy has been rushed to a hospital with moderate injuries after being stabbed in the town of Ramle, the Magen David Adom rescue service says.

Police say the incident is under investigation, indicating it is not clear if it is terror-related or criminal.

According to police, the youth’s mother said he was knifed in the back by an attacker, who then escaped.

Police have set up roadblocks in and around Ramle in a search for the suspect, Channel 2 news reports.
