A Frenchman with alleged ties to the Charlie Hebdo terrorists has been arrested in Bulgaria, according to national officials. Fritz-Joly Joachin, 29, is believed to be linked to Cherif Kouachi, one of the brothers who led last week’s lethal ambush on the satirical magazine.

There were two warrants issued for his arrest: the first for his alleged ties to a terrorist organization, and the second for allegedly kidnapping his daughter.

The news of Joachin’s arrest follows France’s announcement that as many as six terrorists that are part of the cell that orchestrated the Paris attacks may still be at large. Read more.
