California Reduces Water Cuts for Some


water-drought California’s Water Resources Control Board modified water conservation restrictions today, reducing water cuts for communities that have “achieved remarkable results with residential water use now hovering around the statewide target” and increasing cutbacks for other communities that are “using many times more” than they should.
