RNSP units located the vehicle and the driver involved in a hit-and-run incident last night that left an eleven-year-old boy in serious condition.

The perp was apprehended by the NYPD’s 101 Precinct officers.

“The RNSP did a phenomenal job during this investigation and search,” an official told Matzav.com.

As first reported on Matzav earlier, the boy was riding a bike at Healy Avenue, near Dickens Street, in Bayswater, NY, when he was struck at about 7:40 p.m. The boy was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center in critical condition. The driver of the sedan fled the scene.

Surveillance video posted on Twitter by @NYCityAlerts showed the moment of impact, when the boy flies from his bike and bounces off the windshield, as the car keeps going, dragging the bike several feet.

  1. Please remove the picture. Or at least blur out his skin color. I’m very concerned about backlash against the African-American community by you deplorable evil white racist Trump supporters. The man is innocent until proven guilty.

No need to worry. That’s not an African American. The color of the skin is too dark for that. Its probably Shoe Polish

  3. the driver is a dope
if he would have stopped chances are he’d been cleared (unless he was DUI), as the boy clearly ran through the stop sign
