bostonThe family looking to bury a Boston man accused by authorities of planning a beheading is reportedly running into difficulties finding a mosque and funeral home to take his body. According to Imam Abdullah Farooq, one Boston funeral home rejected his body, but another agreed to take him.

“The funeral parlor that we have been dealing with his burial said that they called Knollwood Memorial Park, and they wouldn’t take him because he was a suspected terrorist,” he said.

In accordance with Islamic custom, the body must be buried within 24 hours after being ritually prepared. The period may be extended, though, if the body is being held by law enforcement. Read more at CNN.
