Rivkah Imeinu gave Eliezer to drink before the camels. We know, asks the Sefer Chassidim, that we are obligated to feed our animals before we sit down to eat ourselves.
The Sefer Chasidim rules that in giving to drink, humans are first. This is brought down in the Magen Avrohom.
The Chasam Sofer and Rav Moshe Feinstein zt”l have a different explanation…
