Christie ‘Tired’ Talking Minimum Wage

chris-christieNew Jersey Governor Chris Christie took a break from his national tour to visit Washington, D.C. and deliver a blunt talk to the Chamber of Commerce today. Christie proclaimed that he was “tired of hearing about the minimum wage” to those in attendance, who oppose a hike. As for the Affordable Care Act: “It’s fiction. It doesn’t work, and it should be repealed.” It’s up to the Republicans to find an alternative, he said. As for the teachers’ unions, Christie thinks “it’s time to start offending them.” Read more at the New York Times.
