City Councilman David Greenfield Will Not Seek Re-Election

City Councilman David Greenfield, chairman of the powerful Land Use Committee, won’t be running for re-election. Instead, Greenfield will become executive director at the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty, a non profit organization, at the end of the year.

As part of the move, Greenfield is expected to tap his protégé, Kalman Yeger, to run for his seat, which Greenfield has already raised $855,342 for. Read more at NY Post.

  1. so the met council on jewish POVERTY, president makes $500,000! which is more than Pres. Trump makes as president.

  2. I hope and apology to the Chaim Deutsch campaign, is in order. As noted above, Mr. Yeger attacked Chaim in the worst goyishe way. I hope Mr. Yeger loses big time.
