The Clinton Foundation has dropped its ban on receiving money from foreign governments and accepted millions of dollars from donors including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and a Canadian agency which promotes the Keystone XL pipeline, the Wall Street Journal reports.
The self-imposed ban was originally instituted in 2009, when Hillary Clinton became secretary of state. Read more at the Wall Street Journal.
