On Monday night, a team of negotiators from the House and Senate announced a $1.1 trillion spending bill that will flesh out the agreed-upon December budget.
President Obama’s request for significant new pre-kindergarten education funding was filled, but the budget for the Affordable Care Act remain at a reduced level.
The bill includes a large increase for the FDA, and for migration and refugee assistance. The House will take on the bill on Shabbos. Read more at Politico.

Wait until congress shoots this down, and the King of America by royal degree will by pass them and decree it so. I thought we fought a war against kinships, but here we go again, another King, it appears we never learn.

BTW — Republicans are just as culpable in this spending spree as are the Democrats.
Above all, Obama will eventually rule by fiat and manage, one way or another, to eventually get his way for us to spend, spend, spend.
