  1. I’m good friends with his son and daughter-in-law. The baby he’s holding in the picture is his now 4-month-old granddaughter. Please daven for Shlomo ben Kayla.

  2. Actually the child is not his now four month old granddaughter. It doesn’t matter who that is. What is with the glasses is – there are more things my father-in-law finds more important than getting glasses that are “in” like caring for his large and loving family and being an active member of the community.

We truly appreciate all the kind thoughts/words and all the tfillot.

Please note that The search has now moved to Great Neck and the surrounding areas. Anyone available to aid in the efforts to find Steven Mayer is urged to call the Volunteer hotline at 347-927-7701 or go to the Great Neck Synagogue at 26 Old Mill Rd in Great Neck, NY. Time is of the essence!
