After a month away, prison escapee David Sweat is now back in a maximum security prison.
Sweat, 35, was released from the Albany Medical Center on Sunday morning and transferred to the Five Points Correctional Facility in Romulus, New York.
Sweat was shot twice in the midsection by a state trooper last Sunday, and was being treated at the hospital. Sweat, along with fellow escapee Richard Matt, had been on the lam since June 6. Matt was shot dead. Read more at NBC News.
