erdoganPresident Tayyip Erdogan’s ambition to change Turkey’s Constitution to create an executive presidency looks unlikely as partial results in Turkey’s  parliamentary elections show his ruling Justice and Development Party losing its single-party majority.

More than 90 percent of votes have been counted, and his AKP party has 41 percent of the vote, meaning it will need to cut a deal with another party.
