Facebook: 87 Million Users May Have Been Impacted by Data Scandal

Facebook upped the number of users who may have been impacted by the Cambridge Analytica data scandal from 50 million to 87 million, according to a statement released Wednesday afternoon.
“In total, we believe the Facebook information of up to 87 million people—mostly in the US—may have been improperly shared with Cambridge Analytica,” the statement read.The company also announced changes that will “better protect” user information on the platform—and said it will “tell people if their information may have been improperly shared with Cambridge Analytica.”

  1. The 2012 Obama campaign was scraping data from Facebook. They were told they were allowed to do things “they wouldn’t have allowed someone else to do because they were on our side.“
    But the hypocritical FBI and the entire hypocritical establishment didn’t care when the data only helped Clinton.
