Far-right figure Charles C. Johnson sued Twitter on Monday over his 2015 ban from the social media site.
The social media company banned the former Breitbart reporter in 2015 over a tweet in which he ask for help to “take out” high-profile Black Lives Matter activist DeRay Mckesson.
Johnson’s lawyer will reportedly argue that Twitter arbitrarily banned Johnson for his political views, infringing on his right to free speech. Read more at The Hill.
