The St. Louis Post Dispatch reported late Wednesday that two men will be charged with allegedly plotting to kill Ferguson, Missouri’s chief of police and St. Louis County’s prosecuting attorney, as well as planning to bomb the St. Louis Gateway Arch.

Brandon Orlando Baldwin and Olajuwon Ali Davis were indicted last week on charges of purchasing firearms for another person; the two allegedly tried to purchase pipe bombs from undercover law enforcement officers.

The men were arrested three days before prosecuting attorney Robert McCulloch announced that Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson would not be indicted for killing Michael Brown. Read more at the St. Louis Post Dispatch.
