Members of Congress who are demanding Hillary Rodham Clinton’s emails are largely exempt from the threat of such scrutiny themselves. “I don’t want to sound like we’re separating ourselves from other groups, but there is a reason that you protect constituent correspondence, so it’s a little different kettle of fish,” said Sen. Sen. Jeff Flake said Monday that he would support the Democratic candidate in the Alabama Senate special election over GOP candidate Roy Moore.

“If this choice is between Roy Moore and a Democrat, a Democrat,” Flake told reporters Monday in response to a question about who he would support. “For sure.” Read more at The Hill.

  1. The problem with Flaky Jake is that he is so dumb, he doesn’t even know he can’t vote for Moore even if he wanted to. Flaky lives in Arizona. Moore is running in Alabama. Dunce.

  2. At least some people still have morals. It would be nice to see more of our people act the same. All those who spent years criticizing the dems for immortality, then turn a blind eye to GOP immorality. When Trump’s friend anounced at the GOP convention that he is a mushchas, and the whole place cheered him on – that was a sign that morality is no longer a value in the GOP

  3. Republicans are automatically guilty until proven innocent. It’s only Democrats who are above the law and are innocent until proven guilty. Sure, just ask Antonio Villaraigosa.
