Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has expressed willingness to “resume a credible peace process” to resolve the conflict with Israel based on the two-state solution, Crossroads Today reports.

Abbas issued a statement late yesterday hours after the press conference in Washington with President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu.

Abbas reiterated the Palestinian position claiming the West Bank along with east Jerusalem for parts of a future state.

It was the first time in 10 years that Abbas announced a willingness to talk. He hadn’t done so since 2007.

  1. Talk. Talk. Talk is cheap. You have accomplished zero with all your talking over your entire life. Now that your power is ebbing, you’re desperately trying to sound like you are uselful. Well, guess what? You are less than useless.
