  1. It probably was terror. It’s almost unheard of for a safe, modern airplane to simply crash while cruising.
    However:
    – Note the keywords “probably” and “almost” in the opening sentences. We don’t yet know the cause(s).
    – Was it pilot error? Deliberate pilot action? Equipment failure? A bomb? A missile? A hijacking?
For us to speculate the cause is normal. For the presumptive nominee to do so is irresponsible.

  2. msnbc which is the bottom of the pit of Liberal madness would profess the opposite of what is reasonable and correct in dealing with clear danger from Islamic terrorists. The truth in America is that the truth of Islamic attacks are often interminably delayed and obfuscated by the Leftist slave media and the corrupt democratic regime.

It is not irresponsible, it is sensible based on experience. how many times has a plane blown up by a cause other than terrorism in the past 10 years? the sooner America realizes what is happening the sooner they can stop it with Hashem’s help.

    • It most likely was terror, probably from an Islamist group. Nonetheless, it’s irresponsible for a leader to publicly speculate, but he should wait until all the facts are known.
Why? Because the obvious answer may not be the right one. The Oklahoma City bomber was thought to be a dark-skinned Middle Easterner. TWA flight 800 was thought to have been brought down by a bomb (traces of plastic explosive were even found in the wreckage; they had been left by military personnel training on the plane earlier).
You and I can speculate (for the record, I believe it was an Islamist bomb), but (IMO) the President or a presumptive nominee should not do so publicly.

    • Robert Gates was SecDef under President Obama, true. He was also SecDef under ex-President George W. Bush (Obama retained him in that position), Director of the CIA under ex-President George H.W. Bush and is greatly respected on both sides of the political aisle.
