Helmut Oberlander, a 92-year-old man who has confessed to being a former Nazi death squad leader, won a court victory in Canada after the country has been trying to revoke his citizenship for decades.
Oberlander contends that he was forced to act as a translator and never took part in any of the atrocities. The Canadian government has previously revoked his citizenship three times but they have all been overturned on appeals. Read more at the Guardian.
