Fox News is supporting CNN’s lawsuit against the Trump administration over the White House’s revocation of Jim Acosta’s press pass and plans to file an amicus brief in the case, according to a statement from the network’s president Jay Wallace.

“FOX News supports CNN in its legal effort to regain its White House reporter’s press credential. We intend to file an amicus brief with the U.S. District Court. Secret Service passes for working White House journalists should never be weaponized.”

The conservative news station made sure to clarify that it did not support the liberal media rhetoric against President Trump.

“While we don’t condone the growing antagonistic tone by both the President and the press at recent media avails, we do support a free press, access and open exchanges for the American people.”

  1. Faux news has long been controlled by the Bush’s, founders of the Rino organization. Zucker is still bitter that his boy “Jeb! 2016” lost the primary badly.

  2. President Trump should suspend press credentials from all those joining CNN’s lawsuit against the White House; i.e. Faux News, The Washington Post, AP News, New York Times, Politico and other Fake News. Hey, if all Fake News will not be given a press pass will anyone be left to go to the news conferences?

  3. Why on earth should Fox do that? The White House is free to throw out anyone they want, particularly people who can’t behave with the expected manners and decorum.
