A unity concert and day of healing is planned for this Sunday in response to the Oct. 27 attack on the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh that left 11 Jews dead.
The event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. at the ballroom of Congregation Beth Shalom, 5915 Beacon St. in Pittsburgh’s Squirrel Hill neighborhood. It is being organized by Bnai Emunoh Chabad of Greenfield. Admission is free.
Avraham Fried, Shulem Lemmer and Lipa Schmeltzer are scheduled to perform.
