Former President George H.W. Bush was in stable condition after he fell and broke a bone in his neck at his home in Kennebunkport, Maine, his spokesman said Wednesday.
Jim McGrath, Bush’s spokesman and speechwriter, announced the fall on Twitter and added the former president is “fine” and would be wearing a neck brace.
No other details of the fall were provided.
The 41st president turned 91 last month and is now confined to a wheelchair. Read more at NBC News.
