Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was absent from the Supreme Court bench for the second day in a row on Tuesday.
Chief Justice John Roberts noted Ginsburg’s absence when the justices took their seats for the second time in the new year, telling thte Court that Ginsburg is “unable to be present” for the court’s sitting, but will participate in the decisions using transcripts of the arguments and court briefs.
Ginsburg, who was forced to miss her first oral argument in more than 25 years on Monday, is still recuperating at home after surgery to remove two cancerous nodules from the lower lobe of her left lung on Dec. 21.

No sensible person misses her, though!
Is she alive? Or maybe she was taken to the same place as Hillary and the other high level criminals?
in the real world if you cant do your job ,you resign but this bitter woman wants to hurt trump.
Which real world?
Trump can’t do his job and yet here we are…
Why did Ruth publicize her endorsement of Hillary Clinton for President if the SCOTUS is supposed to be non partisan?
she didnt break any laws! but go ahead and keep defending a draft Dodger who insulted a war hero!
When I was young and I was absent I got detention. What is her punishment ?
She is most probably not going to enjoy her time in the afterlife
As a person who represents the law of the land, I would like to wish Justice Ginsburg health for many years. As a conservative I hope she decides to retire soon.
well said
This radical leftist sick woman is adamantly for same gender enforcement, whether in jails or other places, She wants to change offensive words, like manhood, mankind, postman, and abolish he / she, him / her and use ‘it’, ‘them’ instead. She also insists that the government should continue paying for murdering of babies. Bekitzur, she’s a real nutcase and should be thrown out lechatchilah.
There’s a rumor out there….
while i dont like her outlook and rarely agree with her, 1) she is a supreme court judge of the USA and for this alone she deserves respect 2) she is very dedicated and for this alone she deserves respect (and perhaps we should learn a little bit of that) and 3) I am appalled by some comments which speak about the commenters, as proven by the fact that the lady marathon runner has been insulted almost as Judge Ginsburg.
