Gov’t Employee Flew Drone to White House

Imagine if you flew a drone into your boss’s tree – and that he’s the president of the United States.

A government employee copped to flying a drone into the White House grounds at 3 a.m. The man, who doesn’t work for the White House, told the Secret Service he was flying the quadcopter for recreational purposes before he lost control of it.

“So far, the Secret Service said it believed the man’s account,” The New York Times reports. Read more.
