kassam-rocketHamas unveiled a new rocket-shaped statue in Gaza on Monday, highlighting the Palestinian terror group’s ability to strike inside of Israel.

“Hamas managed to take the battle to the heart of the Zionist entity (Israel) after developing its rocket system, succeeding where many Arab armies had failed,” said one of the leaders of the Hamas’s Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, AFP reported.

The statue in Gaza City is a life-size model of a large Hamas-made M75 rocket, which has a range of up to 50 miles and was launched at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem during Operation Pillar of Defense in November 2012. It was named in honor of Ibrahim al-Maqadma, a Hamas terrorist and founder of the al-Qassam brigades who was assassinated by Israel in 2003.

  1. The palestinians are more like auspicious dinner guests who have never washed their hands and leave without even smiling. This is a party of poor minds without religion and without human gain. They memorialize their own deadly hate and the break their own faith with excess indignity. This is a commercial heresy and it is not a surprise that the G-d of Israel is clearly not going to tolerate their presence for all times in the Way of G-ds yiddish needs for the future. I would not set a date, but I bet that there is no future for the limited bargain of pennilessness of the Abbas regime and his poverty and loss. Never Again.
