It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Harav Shmuel Tzvi Lichtenstein zt”l, rov of Khal Nachlas Dovid in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The levaya will take place this afternoon, at 2 p.m., at Nachlas Dovid, 1589 East 28th Street, between Avenues O and P. The niftar will then be flown to Eretz Yisroel for kevurah.
Harav Lichtenstein is survived by his rebbetzin, Mrs. Rochel Lichtenstein, his sons, Reb Simcha Lichtenstein, Reb Dovid Lichtenstein and Reb Yehoshua Lichtenstein, and his daughters, Mrs. Norman, Mrs. Kleinman, Mrs. Rubin and Mrs. Berkowitz.

Reb Simcha Lichtenstein is menahel of Yeshivas Toras Emes of Lakewood. Dovid Lichtenstein is CEO of the Lightstone Group. The third son is Reb Shea Lichtenstein.
The daughters names are Mrs. Sarah Norman, Mrs. Bruria Kleinman, Mrs. Avivia Rubin and Mrs. Golly Berkowitz.
