Harper Lee’s Go Set a Watchman won’t even be published until July 14, but it is already No. 1 on Amazon’s bestsellers list. Pre-orders have sent sales of the sequel to her beloved To Kill a Mockingbird skyrocketing, and Amazon has already discounted the hardcover by 40 percent to $16.79.
