A remark U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions made earlier this week about a judge in Hawaii isn’t sitting well with the Aloha State.

In an interview on the The Mark Levin Show, Sessions was asked about the status of President Trump’s executive order on travel.

“I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the president of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and constitutional power,” Sessions replied.

Senator Brian Schatz told the attorney general to “have some respect,” while fellow Senator Mazie Hirono tweeted, “Hawaii was built on the strength of diversity & immigrant experiences- including my own. Jeff Sessions’ comments are ignorant & dangerous.” Read more at NPR.

  1. It’s not clear what he said that got those 2 boors upset. An Island in the Pacific? What’s so “dangerous” about that? Those Senators have clearly been in the sun too long. Maybe they had too much Matzah by one of the programs.

  2. Yingele, hob Derech Eretz yourself.
We are in a Malchus shel Chessed, but still we are in Golus here, don’t forget.

  3. Hawaii is a state full of left-wing loonies. Their DemocRATs are socialists and their Republicans are to the left of DemocRATs in California. The ocean’s negative ions affect their brains. They’re completely nuts!
