Sleep apnea and other sleep disorders may have more potential consequences than previously thought: On top of well-established links to heart disease and stroke, the condition may put sufferers at a higher risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

In a study out of New York University’s medical school, those with sleep disorders experienced memory loss a decade before their peers, and an Alzheimer’s diagnosis five years earlier. Scientists hypothesize that it’s either the breathing stoppage or sleep disruption that’s affecting cognitive abilities.

  1. Many people who have problems with CPAP machines, find success with Oral Appliance Therapy, some dentists can custom fit one, or you can get a generic one on the internet. (I found one company that allows you to take custom molds of your teeth by yourself, send it back to a Lab, and they send you a custom device) There is also some Tongue Suppresant Devices that some people find helps.

    remove yourself from internet addiction & limit yourself to a small amount of time per day to take care of your computer needs & read some of the best news on MATZAV.

    people today are on the internet almost 24 hours-sadly. crossing highways while reading internet from their cell phones without looking around them for safety… these people are living very sad & depressed lives
