This evening, hespeidim for Harav Elya Svei zt”l, Rosh Hayeshiva of the Yeshiva of Philadelphia, will be given at Telshe Yeshiva-Chicago, which is led by Harav Avrohom Chaim Levin and Harav Chaim Dov Keller. Both Rav Levin and Rav Keller will address the gathering.
The guest speaker will be Harav Yosef Lipschutz, a son-in-law of Rav Elya and maggid shiur at Yeshiva Nachlas Tzvi in Toronto. Harav Lipschutz is also a nephew of the Telsher roshei yeshiva. The gathering marking the Rosh Hayeshiva‘s shloshim will begin at 8:30 p.m.
The Telshe Yeshiva is located at 3535 West Foster in Chicago.
