The first yahrtzeit of the Mirrer rosh yeshiva, Moreinu Harav Shmuel Berenbaum zt”l is this coming Shabbos, Parsha Va’eirah, 28 Teves. All are asked to increase their learning this Shabbos, the day of the yahrtzeit, l’illui nishmas the rosh yeshiva. Tonight, hepeidim will be delivered l’zecher nishmas Rav Refoel Shmuel ben Rav Aryeh Leib zt”l in the Mirrer Yeshiva bais medrash, located at the corner of Ocean Parkway and Avenue R, at 8 p.m. The hespeidim will be followed by Maariv.
Tomorrow night, divrei zikaron will be delivered in the Mirrer Yeshiva bais medrash between Kabbolas Shabbos and Maariv.
This coming Shabbos, a special seudah shlishis will take place in the Mirrer Yeshiva dinning room and divrei zikaron will be delivered in memory of the rosh yeshiva. Minchah will take place at 4:10, followed by seudah shlishis, and Maariv will begin at 6:14.
On Motzoei Shabbos, the Lakewood alumni of the Mirrer Yeshiva will be hosting hespeiimd for the rosh yeshiva at the Betzalel Hebrew Day School’s gym, located on Fifth Street, between Forest and Madison Avenues, in Lakewood, at 8:45 p.m. promptly. The hespeidim will conclude at 10:15.
May the rosh yeshiva be a meilitz yosher for all of Klal Yisroel.
