ariel-israel-settlementIn some sections of Hillary Clinton’s new memoir that were published by U.S. media over the weekend, the former secretary of state describes her disagreements with President Barack Obama and his aides.

One sticking point was the Israeli construction freeze that Prime Minister bIBI Netanyahu accepted and implemented between 2009 and 2010. Clinton, in “Hard Choices,” wrote that the U.S. administration made a tactical mistake by demanding that settlement freeze. “In retrospect, our early, hard line on settlements didn’t work,” she wrote.

Clinton explained that the American stance on the settlements hardened Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’s position. She said Abbas dismissed the Israeli construction freeze. Clinton herself called the Israeli decision to freeze construction “unprecedented.”

  1. This is Hillary’s first salvo in her upcoming presidential campaign to get Jew money and Jew votes. Why is she saying in 2014 that Obama was wrong in 2009 twisting Israel’s arm to freeze construction? Why didn’t she say this in 2009 when she was the Secretary of the State Department and when she was instrumental in forcing Israel to freeze?
Hillary Clinton’s credentials as a political prostitute are well documented and established.
She won’t do anything for Israel and the American Jews.

  2. Hot Air!!!

She would do the same today if she was elected!

As Rabbi A. Miller would often say, some Jews hear words like these from the politician and “they become intoxicated” and therefore will vote for her even though she is only saying it now so she can get elected!!!

“Intoxicated” is how rabbi miller described the reform Jews who fell for the fake friendship the Germans showed them. We all know how that panned out, don’t we?

  3. Yeah. That’s why she harangued Netanyahu for 45 minutes over a few additions of porches somewhere in Yerushalayim. Because she really didn’t support her boss, she was just being a good soldier. It was really a show. Brooklyn Bridge, anyone?
