Hirsch, of Neturei Karta, Taken to Hospital After Refusing to Call MDA

moshe-hirschMoshe Hirsch, one of the leaders of the radical group who have hijacked the name “Neturei Karta” for their anti-Zionist efforts, fell ill last night and was taken to the hospital. At first, Hirsch refused to call Magen Dovid Adom’s mobile intensive care unit, because MDA is run by the State of Israel.

Hirsch, who was close to Yasser Arafat ym”sh and others, was ultimately taken to Bikur Cholim Medical Center in Yerushalayim where he was treated by an emergency medical team.

  1. To #1: I’m surprised your “response” wasn’t censored. I don’t agree with him to any extent but he shouldn’t be cursed. You may breed bad midos that way.

  2. I know Moishe Hirsh. He’s a clown. He’s not serious about the whole NK business. His brother in law, Ekstein is very serious about it. (they’re both sons in law of Reb Aaron Katzenelenbogen)

  3. Well, at least he’s consistent. Even at sakanas maves, he won’t go against his shitos.

I know he was disowned by his Rebbe, Rav Ahron Kotler, zt’l, and he has some horribly misguided shitos. And yes, I know he was doing a fair amount of the misguiding himself, no tinok shenishba here. But he’s still a Yid. So why are people wishing misah upon him?

(Full disclosure [actually only partial disclosure. I still want to retain some anonymity.]: He’s my sister in law’s uncle. The one that no one talks about.)

  4. I agree with the above, that he is misguided yet a 100% kosher Yid. He is just a clown, nothing worse. He caused NO harm to anyone, just makes people look bad.

  5. To the Matzav editor.
    Not everything is news!
This item just gets everyone’s blood pressure high for nobody’s benefit.

  6. Moshe Hirsh is the biggest loser to walk the face of planet earth, the only reason he does anything is not bshita but for attention. Why give him any attention even negative, he is NOBODY and NOTHING

  7. From a psychological perspective, individuals
despising their homeland and heritage like
Hirsch suffer from an inferiority complex.
This phenomenon stems from a “galut” mentality
which impedes proper understanding of our Torah.

  8. I have to say sadly, that I’m certain that I’m certain that none of the above comments will do anything to hasten the Geulah…May he have a Refuah Shlaima b’korov.
